Job summary
We are seeking experienced a part time clerk to be part of our Clinical Administration team based within the hospital setting at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow Essex.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting the consultants, secretaries and department in delivering a high standard of administrative support.
Without this support means that it would be impossible to provide a high quality and efficient service to our patients.
In return we can offer support and development with opportunities to rotate to other areas.
Main duties of the job
For this role you will need:
- Recent clerical experience, ideally within an NHS environment.
- Knowledge and experience of Cosmic
- Knowledge of other hospital systems (e.g. case note tracking/cosmic EPR)
- Good IT/keyboard skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Good attention to detail
- Have the ability to lift and transport vary numbers of medical records and blue boxes (using trolley provided)
- Flexibility

There is also a potential move to Kao Park, near Church Langley, Harlow, Essex.
