Job summary

Applications are invited from enthusiastic and capable doctors for the above post in the Department of ENT, Head and Neck Surgery at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.We are looking for an experienced Doctor who has good general experience in ENT to work with our team of5 Consultants,3 Registrars and3 GP trainees.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in local teaching and gain excellent clinical experience in ENT. The post will be based at The Princess Alexandra Hospital with outreach clinics at St Margaret's Hospital and Herts and Essex Hospital.

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of patients admitted under his/her consultant and will take part in the hub and spoke on-call rota based at Broomfield Hospital.

Applicants will receive robust surgical training with an average of 2 x theatre lists per week, similar to that of a Training Registrar.
