We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Senior Midwife to join our esteemed maternity team at the Lindo Wing Private Maternity Unit. With over 75 years of excellence in private obstetric and neonatal care, the Lindo Wing has garnered an international reputation, serving thousands of mothers, including members of the royal family and celebrities.

Main duties of the job
- Ensure safe patient care is delivered
- Ensure patients receive exceptional personalised care
- Lead and support a team of midwives ensuring that they have a PDR and clear achievable development plan
- Ensure staff live the Trust values and tackle poor behaviour and performance
- Be open, honest and transparent in all communication
- Act as a clinical expert within sphere of work
- Ensure effective use of all resources including staff
- Ensure a culture of learning and quality improvement is embedded within clinical area
