Job summary
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be joining the Critical care directorate during an exciting period of growth and development.
We are a large directorate of over 800 staff, providing 94 adult ICU beds across our three acute hospital sites. We are also working towards an expansion of our ICU capacity at Hammersmith Hospital next year.
We have a busy programme of QI, service improvement and research projects running which are producing impressive results. You will be working closely with our clinical teams and ICT lead to ensure the necessary data is available to support this work. You will be responsible for developing and providing regular reports from our IT systems - ICCA and AcuBase - as well as building and maintaining dashboards in Qlikview/Qliksense. You will have ample opportunity to support and participate in projects, working with colleagues from across the multi-disciplinary team.
Although we are a large directorate, spread across multiple sites, you will be well-supported, working as part of a close.

Main duties of the job
- To be part of a team providing a high quality patient activity information analysis service to managerial, clinical and operational staff for strategic, business, research and operational purposes. The post holder will have specific areas for which they will take lead responsibility.
- To be part of the larger Information team who provide multiple types of business intelligence on behalf of the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
- This includes business planning and modelling, income support, data quality, statutory and corporate reporting and an adhoc request service.
