Job summary

In this role, your management skills and service delivery expertise will ensure that ICHNT OH Department delivers an efficient and effective OH Admin Service; one which leads to all Service Users experiencing excellent customer service.
You will act, and support others to work, in a manner that reinforces the Department's quality standard and the achievement of the service delivery indicators.
As a line manager you will build team competence, provide direction to enable appropriate staff-task allocation, and drive service delivery improvements.
In partnership with the Customer Service & Business Development Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining current and building new 3rd party customer relationships.
Main duties of the job
- Provide leadership within the OH Team in the identification, review, allocation,overseeing and monitoring of the departmental administrative activity, necessary forOccupational Health to deliver services and meet service demand.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the administrative aspect of the Trust OH Service. Through the line and resource management, of the AdministrativeTeam, in partnership with the multidisciplinary team members, play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Trust and fee-paying clients receive an efficient and effective service, that meets their needs and is compliant with ICHNT OH policy and procedures and service delivery performance indicators.
- To ensure transactional activity, necessary for all OH activities, is undertaken in amanner that is effective and efficient, avoids duplication, embraces e-enablement, isevidence based and protects client confidentiality.
- To ensure that OH Service administration activity data is recorded, in real time, accurately and consistently, collected, collated, analysed, and acted on, to the benefit of service improvement.
- As a line manager, to provide leadership, direction, guidance, and development to the administrative team, growing individual and function competence and service delivery improvements.
