Job summary
To lead on the research, design, stakeholder management and programme management, facilitation, and evaluation of management and leadership initiatives.
Create outstanding learning solutions and support the digital evolution of our staff in line with our learning and organisation objectives.
As such the post holder must be experienced in design, delivery and evaluation of people management and leadership development interventions.
Key stakeholders
Programme sponsors and associated steering group members including senior nurses/midwives, heads of specialty, clinical directors, divisional directors and executive directors
All internal stakeholders, especially clinical professional leads, directors, and senior managers, when consulting to design and evaluate learning initiatives
Consultants commissioned by the Trust to work on learning and development programmes
Main duties of the job
Key areas of responsibility
Project Management
To work with the Medical Leadership programme manager in delivery of the medical leadership programme.
A presence onsite on 'in person-days' To create documents and, on instruction, include complex tables, graphs etc., creating databases and Power point presentations where necessary.
To organise a range of regular and relevant meetings with other internal managers and external interest and arrange complex meetings on behalf of the service.
