Job summary
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust's breast service department is one of the largest in the country. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with excellent communication and administrative skills to join the breast service reception and administration team based at Charing Cross Hospital in Hammersmith.
The main aim of the role is to provide a high quality and friendly reception service to the breast outpatients clinic. The post holder will be part of the team that provides a comprehensive and quality administration service to the department liaising closely with clinical staff and management.
You must have be educated to A-Levels or have the equivalent knowledge or experience, and be a clear and effective communicator. You must be a team player, well organised and experienced in the use of IT systems such as Excel and Word.
Main duties of the job
Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the designated department andmanage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.
