Job summary
West Mid Renal Unit is a busy 12 stationed satellite haemodialysis facility based at West Middlesex University Hospital, Twickenham Road, Isleworth, TW7 6AF We pride ourselves on delivering excellent care for adult patients with renal failure requiring maintenance haemodialysis treatment.
We are seeking to appoint a part time (21 hrs per week) Unit Administrator to work on our Renal Dialysis Unit. You must be able to provide administrative support to the Clinical Team and to be the first point of contact for clients / visitors arriving on the Renal Unit as well as telephone enquiries.The successful candidate will have;* Good standard of general education* Previous experience within an NHS environment desirable* Evidence of computer skills* Knowledge of Patient Administration systems desirable

Main duties of the job
- The post holder will provide a comprehensive and highly efficient administration service for Neurosciences, focussing within the Neurology speciality.
- To communicate effectively with patients / carers regarding appointment and treatment related matters
