Are you passionate about driving cultural and operational change in a dynamic healthcare environment? Join Imperial College NHS Trust as a Workforce Transformation Lead in our Outpatients Transformation Programme.
The Workforce Transformation Lead ensures successful implementation of theOutpatients Improvement and Transformation Programme. This 18-month initiativeaims to centralise and standardise services, enhancing patient care through threeworkstreams: Models of Care, Improvement, Standardisation and Centralisation,and New Customer Facing Technology.
In this role, you will lead and implement workforce strategies for centralisation, develop and execute change management and cultural change initiatives, build strong relationships across the Trust and with stakeholders, manage consultation, restructuring processes, and employee integration, and ensure compliance with employment law, Trust policies, and best practices. Additionally, you will provide expertise on workforce planning, recruitment, and deployment while maintaining positive employee relations and handling complex cases.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience, be a Chartered member of CIPD, and have proven experience in operational and strategic HR roles, especially within the public sector, complex settings. You should have expertise in change management, workforce planning, and employee relations, along with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Your job duties will include:
