The ENT team at Imperial is delighted to be able to offer an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced and passionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to work at Charing Cross Hospital. This brand new post has been created as part of the further expansion our workforce redesign program and increasing commitment to Advanced Practice.
We are looking for an experienced nurse who already works in an ENT setting, in both out-patients, and theatres who will use their knowledge and skills to provide expert, efficient and safe patient care whilst under supervision of a Consultant Rhinologist. You will demonstrate expert clinical judgement and critical decision-making skills based upon evidence-based practice and work collaboratively with the wider ENT team.You will be a highly skilled and passionate individual who is either in possession of, or working towards a Masters level qualification in Advanced Nursing Practice. All candidates must be able to provide evidence of a strong commitment to the provision of quality driven, evidence-based practice in order to enhance the patient experience.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a member of the Trust's Rhinology team and undertake the role of Advance Nurse Practitioner (ANP). This role is central to the provision of additional baseline clinic capacity and the reduction of waiting times for first appointments thereby improving RTT compliance. The role will also serve to provide qualitative benefit whereby the additional nurse-led clinics will serve to make the ENT outpatient pathway more efficient.
