An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Department of HIV and sexual health based within the Jefferies wing at St Mary's hospital.We currently have 1 post to start as soon as possible.We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our existing administrate and clerical team to support patients via reception areas and in our recently formed devolved Call centreThe post holder will be required to work as part of a rota that includes evenings (08:45 - 16:45, 09:00 - 17:00, 10:00 - 18:00 & 11:30 - 19:30).
Main duties of the job
Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the designated department and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.
