We have an opportunity for a highly motivated NMC-registered Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the Charing Cross Neurological Rehabilitation Unit (CNRU) at Charing Cross Hospital.

Main duties of the job
The assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for adults in their care.
- The post holder will use specialist knowledge and competence gained through post registration courses in caring for adults.
- Will be expected to supervise HCAs and teach students.
- Support the CNRU team to deliver safe and effective care, ensuring skills are maintained and opportunities for self-development are identified and agreed.
- Contribute to ward development plans, including participation in ward accreditation and Pathway to Excellence activities.
