An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR advisor within our divisional People and Organisational Development team.
The Senior HR Advisor role will work closely with the People Business Partner and Associate HR Business partner to support the delivery of a professional HR service to their areas. This role is for the Divisional cluster of Medicine and Integrated Care, including Finance and Communications. A key function of the role is to develop the skill and capacity of managers to empower them to manage people issues effectively and independently.
Main duties of the job
The Senior HR Adviser provides advice and support to line managers on a range of humanresource management issues including, but not limited to, change management and individualemployee relations issues such as discipline, grievance management, poor performance andattendance and workplace dispute management. A key function of the role is to develop theskill and capacity of managers to empower them to manage people issues effectively andindependently. The Senior HR Adviser is a member of P&OD and plays a key role in supportingthe review and development of workforce policies, procedures, tools, training and qualityimprovement systems.
