Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator/Receptionist to work in our Diagnostic Cardiology administration team based at Hammersmith Hospital.
You must have excellent communication skills, organizational and customer care skills. You will have the personal qualities to deal confidently and confidentially with our patients, clinical staff and other Trust staff and health professionals. You will be flexible in your approach to supporting the service to achieve its objectives and be able to work in a team.

Main duties of the job
To provide reception cover, patient scheduling and administration support, working flexibly across the directorate, maintaining a high quality of service to patients, carers and other visitors.
