Job summary

A compelling opportunity has emerged for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Matron to join the bustling Ophthalmic Department at the Western Eye Hospital. While prior experience within the NHS or in an Ophthalmology setting is desirable, paramount is the candidate's enthusiasm for continuous learning and their capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.

In this role, the successful applicant will collaborate closely with Ophthalmic teams across the Imperial network, actively participating in the assessment of patients attending Ophthalmology clinics. Moreover, the Matron will play a pivotal role in leading, managing, and advancing ophthalmic practices within the teams. This multifaceted position requires a proactive approach to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
