Job summary

We are recruiting a Pathway coordinator for Upper Gi Sergery who shares our vision and can be guided by our Trusts core values of Kind, Collaborative, Aspirational and Expert.

The Role will support the upper GI service with General administrative functions, including, clinic and appointment management, scheduling and rebooking of appoitments taking phone enquiries from patients and services, supporting with letter outcomes of clinics and managing centralised in box

Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as word processing and IT skills. The successful applicant will be expected to effectively prioritise work and meet challenging deadlines. Your main working site will be Hammersmith but cross site working will be expected.

Main duties of the job

To provide effective and efficient clerical and reception support to a designated clinic or clinics, ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users.
