To grow efficiently, Imperial Private Healthcare seeks to invest and implement a number of new systems and offer patients digital healthcare products.
Imperial Private Healthcare currently uses Compucare 8 for all billing and private healthcare administration. Compucare is integrated with the Trust electronic record systems, Cerner.
The Systems Manager is a critical role, with responsibility for maintaining Compucare billing software and interfaces with Trust systems such as Cerner. As such the Systems Manager will be an expert in Compucare and integrating healthcare systems and will lead on systems training and supporting month end financial reporting.
As well as leading on day-to-day system maintenance, the systems manager works closely with Trust ICT, Digital and Transformation departments as well as third party software providers, to maintain and implement new systems.
The post holder will lead on the IPH Systems Strategy and will proactively contribute towards the IPH Digital Strategy. Importantly the role manages digital change, and ensures IPH is regarded as a digital exemplar.

The IPH Systems Manager role will work closely with the ICT, Digital and Transformation departments, to maintain and implement new systems. It leads on IPH Systems Strategy, and proactively contributes towards IPH Digital Strategy. It will also lead on systems training and manage systems finances. Importantly the role will manage digital change, and ensure IPH is regarded as a digital exemplar.
It is expected that the post holder will be able to work independently within their area of responsibility, developing excellent relationships with stakeholders internally and externally and delivering efficiently and growth within the framework of the highest clinical, customer service and business standards.
