Job summary

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual with good communication skills and excellent management skills to join the Cardiac administration team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The post holder will have a 'can do' attitude and have experience of working in a busy NHS environment.

The post holder will be directly responsible to the Specialty Support Manager for Cardiology and will work in close liaison with the Cardiac management team, consultants and administration team.

The post holder will manage the people, processes and performance of the Cardiology Diagnostic Administration Team with primary focus being managing the team at Willesden Community Diagnostic Centre. They will be responsible for the planning and prioritisation of the work associated with their team and organises all activities in order to achieve a cost effective, productive and high quality service. They will provide cross-site support to enable co-operation within and amongst teams, and will provide general administrative management support to the Cardiac directorate as appropriate for the banding.
