Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker who is looking for an exciting role working with the Dementia Care Team to support our patients particularly around activity and eating and drinking.
Main duties of the job
The main part of your role will be to support activity for patients, but you will also support our award winning NOSH team (Eating and drinking specialist Healthcare support workers) and work with us on all other programmes, as well as our training, development and general service improvement across the trust.
The role includes direct patient contact as well as supporting and role modeling good practice on the wards. We are a small team with big ideas and the candidate will need to be open to new ways of working, have a flexible approach and be able to contribute to our development as a service.
