As our Resident Pharmacist, you will have the unique chance to work on a rotational basis across Charing Cross, Hammersmith, and St Mary's Hospitals, three prominent and renowned clinical and speciality sites in the heart of London. From ward-based environments to clinical trials, to our aseptic and dispensary areas, you'll showcase your pharmaceutical expertise and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Main duties of the job

To provide a quality pharmaceutical service to in-patients, out-patients, discharge patients, accident and emergency patients, community clinics, and outlying nursing homes both within standard hours and out-of-hours

To ensure the safe, clinically effective and cost efficient use of drugs.

The "must haves" for you to be considered for this role:

  • Be on the GPhC pharmacist register, or due to be added to the register by September 2023
  • Experience and the desire to work within a hospital setting
  • Flexibility - you will be expected work an on call service once a fortnight
  • Growth Mindset - passion to develop yourself in your new role
