Develop and roll out new metrics which ensure we are measuring progress against our strategic goals and putting our users at the heart of what we do.

Lead the development of the Trust's long term Life Sciences strategy, working with internal and external stakeholders to co-produce an approach to delivering our ambitions in this field and to build innovation into everything we do, and to support the Trust's redevelopment plans.
