Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to join our well established team.
The post holder will be an integral part of the Fetal Medicine unit and work alongside the team to support the safe running of the fetal medicine clinic and to coordinate care pathways alongside the multidisciplinary team. They will act as Deputy Fetal medicine lead midwife in their absence.
Main duties of the job
- To support women referred to Fetal Medicine throughout their antenatal journey.
- To support junior midwifery, medical and support staff in caring for families throughout the service.
- Work autonomously and with the Multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of individualised evidence based care to women/people in pregnancy and their families.
- Promote and empower personalisation and choice of care within the remits of Fetal Medicin
