Divisional Director of Nursing - Emergency and Integrated Care

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership and management experience to join our team in the Division of Emergency and Integrated Care. As Divisional Director of Nursing you will be responsible for the leadership of all nursing and support staff within the Division, including our A&Es and Urgent Care Centre, Ambulatory Emergency Care, inpatient wards and Clinical Nurse Specialists. You will work as part of the Divisional management team to deliver the strategic plan for the Division.

Main duties of the job

You will work across sites at our Acute Hospitals based on the Fulham Road in Chelsea and at West Middlesex Hospital in Hounslow. You will also be part of the Senior Manager on Call rota for one of the acute hospital sites.Working as part of the senior nursing leadership team you will shape the future of nursing at the organisation and ensure that the voice of nursing is heard from ward to board. With a strong emphasis on clinical quality and patient experience this role is pivotal in the delivery of Trust strategies.

We provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East.
