Job summary
Applications are invited for GP posts at Chelsea Urgent Treatment Centre which is fully integrated into the Emergency department with a single point of access. GPs will work alongside Emergency care staff to provide care to patients presenting to the UTC.
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic doctors who wish to provide high quality clinical care as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The Department sees about 120,000 patients a year, including a significant proportion of ambulatory patients with minor illness and injury. The focus of the role will be to contribute to the provision of care for patients with minor illness in particular. Candidates must be eligible for full GMC registration; and either be already eligible for inclusion on the GMC GP Register and Medical National Performers List, or at the time of interview within 3 months of the expected date of CCT. Non-UK trained doctors must be on the GMC GP register by the date of interview.
