Clerk/Receptionist - Urology

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Urology Department at Liverpool University Hospitals as part of the clerking and receptionist team.
The successful candidate will be working cross site over The Royal Hospital and Aintree Site and must have excellent and communication skills, face to face and telephone as this role is the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the Hospital.
This role is a rewarding and a busy post.
Once fully trained the successful applicant will be expected to work on their own.
There are 2 full time posts working Monday - Friday Cross Site (37.5 hours) & one part time fixed term post working 21.5 hours for 12 Months.
Main duties of the job
Reception is staffed between Monday to Friday.
First point of contact for visitors, patients and staff.
Telephone enquiries
Cross Site working
Liaising with all staff and departments across the Hospital
Training will be provided
Booking / Outcoming appointments
Preparing Clinics
