Main duties of the job

As a PEF, you'll play a strategic and operational role in designing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality, multi-professional education and training. You'll coordinate competency sign-off, support HCPC and IBMS portfolio development, and lead CPD initiatives. You'll work collaboratively across LCL to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence in training delivery--empowering staff to grow with confidence and clarity.

What We're Looking For

HCPC Registered Biomedical Scientists that have extensive experience, ideally to Specialist level.

We are looking for Specialist knowledge in Cellular Pathology, Blood Sciences and Infection & Immunity

Proven track record in delivering education and training.

Strong understanding of educational frameworks and quality assurance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Passion for innovation, collaboration, and empowering others.

  • Teaching and assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards)
  • NEBOSH or IOSH Qualification
