Job summary
To provide an efficient clerical services to the ward and the ward Manager.
To support the busy ward with day to day administration duties.
Support nursing staff with day to day queries relating to patients bookings or appointments.
To provide a comprehensive administration service and ensure the day to day admissions are actioned in a timely manner.
Main duties of the job
Booking of patients to the ward for the admission
Telephone calls and queries that may arise
Queries from the nursing team relating to patients appointments
Filing/scanning of documentation in case notes
Book transport for patients
Any other duties deemed appropriate
