Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic part-time administrator on the Phoenix Rehabilitation Unit (Ward 5) at Broadgreen Hospital.
The Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides this rehabilitation unit as part of a hub and spoke arrangement for Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network (CMRN). This is a unique collaborative pathway with 7 partners that provides complex rehabilitation to patients following traumatic injury or illness and is based on need not diagnosis.
The successful candidate would be responsible for the recording of UK Rehabilitation Outcome Data (UKROC) into the centralised database for the Network Hub and spoke units. To generate standard and ad hoc reports as and when requested.
You will be an integral part of and supported by the rehab units multidisciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapist and Dietician.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for timely data collection, accurate inputting and maintenance of UKROC database and to escalate any issues that may impact on the delivery of service to their line manager.
To assist and support in the timely completion of mandatory monthly returns, planning own workload.
To assist with the training of UKROC administration staff demonstrating work routines to others in own work area.
To be responsible for the collation, preparation and distribution of standard and ad hoc reports which may also be required for audit purposes.
To communicate with members of the MDT providing and receiving complex data information.
To work independently with supervision available
To be responsible for the safe use of IT equipment.
To comply with the Data Protection Act and Caldicott recommendations
