Job summary

  • An excited opportunity has arisen for a receptionist/ clerical officer in the cardio-respiratory unit supporting the delivery of community ECG services. The post holder will be based on the Royal Hospital site.

Main duties of the job

  • To greet and book in patients attending for cardio-respiratory diagnostics including GP walk in services
  • To answer emails and telephone calls
  • Book all cardio-respiratory diagnostic tests in date and priority order
  • To deal with queries from patients, staff and the general public
  • Work on the reception desk and the back office
