Job summary
Work in partnership with the ODN Co Chairs, Lead Nurses and Program Manager to assist with:
-
- Engaging with hospitals in ODN to ensure that the ODN is delivering services across the region.
- Engage with medical, nursing and management leaders in the NW to ensure that the ODN is successfully delivering against elimination KPIs.
- Ensure that best practice for training is developed and delivered for Administration and Clerical workstreams
- Capturing metrics to monitor activity and quality across the ODN.
- Please note, travel across the whole Cheshire and Merseyside ODN Region is required for this role.
Main duties of the job
- Work closely with and provide support to the ODN Clinical Co Chairs, Lead Nursing teams and Program Manager
- Line manager of the Liver Health Checks team and all associated duties
- Responsible for devising, developing, delivery and evaluation of a range of nationally mandated projects and Clerical staff in response to local and national agendas
- Contribute to other initiatives related to the modernisation and improvement agenda of the workstreams of the ODN and Community liver health checks. Work collaboratively and manage effective working relationships with departments throughout the Cheshire and Merseyside region, addiction service providers and national organisations.
