Job summary

The catering department at Liverpool University Hospitals is an exciting place to work.

We feed all of the patients but also have modern retail units. We try to bring the high street into the hospital by offering modern concepts to staff and visitors.

All the outlets are very busy and we want you to encourage sales. These posts are very rewarding jobs.

We are looking for staff who are self motivated and can work in a team or on their own unsupervised. We require staff who are flexible and open to change to join our catering team. These positions will be based in a busy hospital, you may be moved as the needs of the service requires, also you may be required to work Bank holidays including Christmas Day.

Main duties of the job

The Coffee Shop

Is a busy unit at the entrance of the hospital. It will involve making coffee, food preparation , serving customers, making sandwiches, kitchen cleaning, cash handling & customer care
