Job summary

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to support the Axess Sexual Health HIV service in Wirral.

Based in Birkenhead the service works with patients with a diverse range y of backgrounds and varying needs.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, supporting basic patient triage and excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be working at set days and times during clinic opening hours. The service currently runs on Monday , Wednesday and Thursday each week but is likely to change to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the near future.

Main duties of the job

Our ideal candidate will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, supporting basic patient triage and excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be working at set days and times (8.30am -2.00pm) during clinic opening hours. The service currently runs on Monday , Wednesday and Thursday each week but is likely to change to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the near future.
