Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nephrology team in a large teaching hospital .

A commitment to delivering a quality service, excellence in clinical practice and continuous professional development is essential.

We are looking for an experienced band 5/6 nurse with at least 2 years recent renal experience and have evidence of professional development within renal nursing practice.

The candidate will work as part of the vascular access team to provide education and training to patients and staff and will be responsible for managing the vascular access pathway in the organisation.

Good organisational and communication skills are essential
