Job summary

Are you able to work as part of a team in a very busy service environment? Are you able to think on your feet?

If so Walsall's Talking Therapies Team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Administrator with proven skills to complement our existing administrative team. As part of this very busy team you will need to provide an efficient, effective, professional and confidential administrative service to our large team of clinicians.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will be the first point of contact for the team for all enquires to the team. You will also be expected to provide diary management, such as booking appointments and to maintain records, both paper and electronic, in accordance with Trust policy.

You will work closely with other administrative staff to ensure continuity of administration support and mutual assistance within the Service. It will be expected that the post holder will be able to think on their feet, provide flexible cover for service opening hours and in to cover times of absence such a holidays etc.

The work will be demanding and varied and you will be required to have excellent demonstrable administrative skills, be confident and assertive and be able to work autonomously using your own initiative.
