Job responsibilities

You will offer clinical support and guidance to staff, service users and system partners, playing a key role in the programme implementation. You will be required to actively support the development of the Tobacco Treatment Pathway across inpatient and community services providing updates and progress reports to key working groups and assurance committees

Person Specification

Skills

Essential

• Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level supplemented by post registration diploma level specialist training and/or short courses or demonstrable extensive experience in the relevant specialty
• Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice

Desirable

• Non-Medical Prescriber (if professionally appropriate)
• Knowledge and understanding of Trust Strategy relevant to role
