Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, motivated healthcare Practitioner with expert specialist knowledge to support professional clinical leadership in relation to our Trust's Tobacco Replacement/ Smoke Free Programme.

Main duties of the job

This will support the health needs of our diverse community and inpatient services for mental health, learning disabilities and CAMHs

About us

The individual will support the Corporate Nursing Team in promoting, supporting, educating and implementing BCHFT Smoke Free Policy. This will involve offering clinical education around Tobacco Replacement.

Skills

Essential

  • Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level supplemented by post registration diploma level specialist training and/or short courses or demonstrable extensive experience in the relevant specialty
  • Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice

Desirable

  • Non-Medical Prescriber (if professionally appropriate)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Trust Strategy relevant to role
