Job summary
This role will be pivotal in supporting the Recovery College Leadership team by providing informatics consultancy that supports the business needs of the Recovery College and the strategic direction of the service in line with the wider trust, best practice and national guidelines.The role will contribute to the collection, collation and presentation of complex information and data from a range of sources. This information will be used to inform service developments and ensure the service is compliant with trust data requirements, for example requirements in relation to health inequalities and the wider determinants of health.Black Country Recovery College .
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for effectively leading the administration team of the Recovery College in providing efficient and comprehensive administration support and systems to the Recovery College leads, staff, volunteers and students across all four bases in the Black Country. The post holder will be responsible for the development, management and coordination of an efficient administration team, structures, systems and processes within the Recovery College to ensure a high quality responsive and accessible service isdelivered. The post holder will maintain data bases according to the requirements of the service, for example annual leave, student information and service evaluation data, budgetary spend including invoices and report on as appropriate. The post holder will provide specialised secretarial support to the Recovery College Principaland leadership team, with regards to all elements of operational delivery and development to ensure the smooth running of the service. The post holder will be required to travel across the Black Country to bases in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley and Sandwell.
