We possibly have just the job you have been looking for in our Teams within the Learning Disability Inpatient Service at Black Country Healthcare.

This is a fantastic opportunity to come and make a difference to the lives of our patients and bring your skills, enthusiasm and knowledge with you. You will work alongside The Unit Managers tocreate an environment that allows our patients and other team members to thrive.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with Unit Managers and the other allied health professionals and nurses you will be supporting the everyday management of the clinic and the units within it.

You will be asked to supervise Band 5 staff and below including the development of personal development plans to support goal and personal development for all the staff. This in turn helps with us providing a compassionate, individualised care program for our patients.

You will be expected to model professional standards of conduct and performance using the Trust policies , NMC standards and your own personal integrity.

To work to the values and visions of the Trust and the Division, keeping patients at the centre of positive, meaningful and compassionate interactions.

Keep up to date with best practise and professional guidelines whilst helping develop the care delivered at the clinic through all avenues offered.

You will be asked to deputise on occasions for the unit managers and should be able to consider the wider picture when looking at risk and staffing.
