Job summary
Full time cover , in the provision of a comprehensive administrative, clerical and switchboard service where appropriate and in accordance with service requirements.
Main duties of the job
- Working with little supervision for day to day work
- Support the delivery of temporary staffing and the on-going systems administration needed across the Trust
- Send out notices of meetings and the supporting documentation as required.
- To be responsible and accountable for receiving and acting upon requests to supply temporary workers as required to the directorates of the Trust
- Participate in the cover of the temporary staffing service over a seven day period
- Take action points and/or minutes at meetings as required.
