Job summary
We require an enthusiastic, highly motivated full time Archive Assistant to join our busy Archive Record Service at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Excellent organisational, communication and accurate data input skills are essential, with the ability to work well under pressure and cope with conflicting demands, and have the ability to use your own initiative, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
Main duties of the job
The Archive Assistant will be part of a multi-functional team providing a comprehensive administrative support to the Archive Record Service.
The post is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual with a 'hands-on' approach to the day-to-day activities of the highly busy Archive Record service.
This opportunity will offer the chance to learn practical administration job skills and knowledge to support future NHS career progression.
About us
The Archive Assistant will be expected to uphold the values of the Trust and exhibit the expected Trust behaviours aligned to the Trust's values.
As part of a Trust-wide Service you may be required to travel to other units within the Trust to provide an Archive Record Service when required hence it would be desirable if you held a current Driving License.
The Archive Record Services have flexible working hours (between 8.00am and 6.00pm) Monday to Friday.
