Are you ready for a new challenge?! Due to recent expansion we have some exciting new posts available within our Perinatal Mental Health Service. There are 3.0wte posts available, but part time, flexible working and some remote working can be considered. If you are interested in working for a specific team please do discuss this with us. We are committed to providing a full range of NICE approved psychological therapies and are in a fortunate position to be able to fund EMDR training and ongoing supervision for any successful candidates. Other training opportunities can also be available, including in infant mental health/bonding.
Main duties of the job
The Perinatal Mental Health Service provides a specialist multi-disciplinary service to treat mothers with mental health problems, both during pregnancy and in the first year post-partum. As part of the 5 year forward plan, Perinatal mental health services in the Black Country are currently expanding which has led to the creation of additional psychology posts. The successful candidates will enhance the psychology provision for the team and join a welcoming and psychologically minded MDT.
