To provide operational managerial support to the existing Unit Managers within the Forensic Pathway.
Main duties of the job
Helping advance the skills of staff so they can provide up to date excellent care.
Providing supervision, training and motivation
Completing audits, devising action plans
Attending meetings on behalf of the unit Manager
Assisting in recruitment and retention.
