Wolverhampton Healthy Minds Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Service is part of Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. We are committed to improving health and wellbeing, tackling inequalities and providing high quality, and responsive services within IAPT guidelines.
The IAPT programme supports the frontline NHS in implementing NICE recommended treatment for people with Depression and anxiety. The team offers a range of psychological therapies to treat people and bring them to recovery, using a system of stepped care.
Wolverhampton Healthy Minds Healthy Minds is looking for motivated, passionate and qualified* High Intensity CBT Therapists to join the team.

Main duties of the job
As a CBT Therapist you will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of competence and have experience working in mental health services (ideally IAPT experience). You will deliver Step 3 intervention to clients presenting with Depression and/or anxiety disorders.
Candidates are also expected to engage themselves in clinical supervision and be willing to undertake continuous professional development. A commitment to high quality client care, good organisational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential to this role.

- Experience with routine outcome monitoring
