Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Transformation Programme Management Office at BCHFT as a Project Support Officer. Our Transformation Programme Management Office oversees and delivers large-scale change with a portfolio of work that has twin aims of improving quality and consistency of care for our patients, and improving the efficiency of Trust services to safeguard our future sustainability.
The successful candidate will be delivering small scale projects, using their service improvement skills and assisting the Project Manager in medium/large scale change across the organisation. They will be working with clinicians, managers and professionals to plan, deliver and evaluate projects that improve our effectiveness - and above all make a major difference to the people who use our services.
