A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services at Parkview, in the mental health division of Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust, a service recently rated as 'Good' in all five domains by the CQC.

We have 3 wards, 2 of which are General Adolescents, and 1 Eating Disorder Unit. We are looking for a dedicated individual who will inspire others to provide an excellent level of care to those under our service. As a Ward Manager your role will be pivotal in ensuring exemplary care and support is being provided to our patients.

Main duties of the job

To provide management and clinical leadership to the multi-disciplinary team to ensure care is delivered which is person centred and meets standards for Quality and Safety, in partnership with service users and carers.
