Main duties of the job
We seek an experienced, inspirational midwife to provide ambitious, brave and compassionate operational leadership based in our Women's Hospital. Are you dynamic with a passion to drive workforce transformation to support the delivery of high-quality care aligned with the local and national quality and safety agenda? Our families need safe, personalised, expert care. Supported by our Director and Head of Midwifery you will lead and shape our maternity services in collaboration with our maternity teams and Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership. You will champion best professional practice, making sure the voices of those for whom we care are central across our services. As a key member of our multi-professional team you will support and empower leaders to manage services to provide the best possible outcomes and experiences for all.
