Job summary
The Genomics Education Academy (GTAC) has been newly established as part of a national initiative led in collaboration between NHS England (NHSE) and Health Education England (HEE). The GTAC offers a blended (virtual and/or in-person training experience) through a virtual academy hub and in-person spokes mapped to the NHS Genomics Laboratory Hubs (GLHs) and Genomic Medicine Service Alliances (GMSAs).
We are recruiting for a Project Administrator to work within the GTAC Operations Team to ensure an excellent administration service to staff and stakeholders is provided. You will work closely with clinical and professional colleagues to support any existing and planned associated workstreams.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will work with the GTAC Operations Lead and the Project Coordinator to be responsible for providing administrative support aligned to a portfolio of GTAC projects.
This is a remote working role with a base office in Birmingham. This will be offered as either a secondment or fixed-term contract for up to 2 years for 37.5 hours (1.0 WTE).
