We are excited to announce that we have a clinical nurse specialist and
CAMHS discharge coordinator role within the complex care team.
The role is a varied one, no two days look the same, but you can be
guaranteed opportunities to develop your skills and to build knowledge and
understanding of the many agencies supporting young people across Birmingham.
Main duties of the job
The post will involve signposting and liaison within young peoples wider
care networks, specialist clinical input to children, young people and staff, offering
support and education to colleagues around funding processes and C(E)TR and offering support to overcoming barriers to
discharge. In addition to ensuring that young people are on the right clinical
pathway at the right time.
