A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our World-renowned Liver Unit at BCH site.
We are seeking 2 enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated nurses with at least 3 years previous experience at Band 5 level, to work 30hrs per week.
We are regional Centre for Liver & Small bowel transplantation within the UK, caring for children aged 0-16yrs with Acute & Chronic conditions.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent clinical and organisational skills and can provide leadership to the nursing team in order to ensure high quality care is delivered to our patients. The successful candidates will be required to take charge of the department on a day-to-day basis and coordinate flow of patients from arrival through to discharge whilst ensuring patient safety and the sustainability of good staff morale.
Main duties of the job
You will assist in managing the ward whilst upholding and promoting the Trust Values. Managerially the successful candidates will be expected to support & manage a team of staff and guide them in their personal and professional development.
