Were looking for an ambitious, experienced and smart thinking fundraiser to join our fast paced team. You will have strong experience of communicating and building relationships in a face to face capacity, as well as being able emphathise, motivate and persuade members of the public to support our charity.

Main duties of the job

This role will be primarily responsible for managing our new Face to Face Acquisition project - recruiting long term relationships with potential supporters, by inspiring and motivating them to sign up as Regular Givers or Lottery Players to support our Charity. In addition, they will be responsible for monitoring the ongoing progress of the project to deliver high volumes of donor signups and income delivery.

They would also be responsible for supporting the Individual Giving Manager & wider Fundraising Team in promoting the charity, effectively communicating via Face to Face channels, its funding structure & costs, and the numerous ways that potential supporters can donate/fundraise.

This role requires someone who is outgoing and friendly, can hit the ground running, who thrives on a challenge and has a proactive approach to their work. It is an exciting time to join the growing Individual Giving team at Birmingham Womans and Childrens Hospital Charity and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is innovative and ambitious.
