partnership delivering mental health services for children and young people
aged between 0-25 years of age in Birmingham.
You will join us as Team Administrator /
Receptionist at the Finch Road Hub within a 0-25 mental health service. Working
Monday Friday 9am 5pm
We are seeking a meticulous receptionist/administrator
who is excellent at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing
an effective administrative support to the team, being first point of contact
for the hub.
You will
work closely with the admin team, providing cover for phones, booking
appointments, distributing post, scanning and uploading. Providing excellent
customer service skills over the phone and face to face.
